Donna Shannon is the Executive Director and Founder of Echo Plains Recovery Center Ltd. She holds a B.A. (Specialization) in Psychology from the University of Alberta, is a Grief Edu-Therapist Specialist from Edu-Therapy Solutions, and is a Certified Indigenous Addictions Specialist Level III (CIAS III).   She has experience in Social Services, Corrections, and private and public addictions facilities and programs.  She is an experienced program developer writing numerous programs throughout her career.   

Donna has lived experience with addictions and has lost two children to addictions.
